What we publish

Two kinds of thing. Reporting and comment about the Brooklyn Nets and the league around them, which is what the archive and the basketball sections hold. And general news, which sits on its own desk at Newsroom and is labelled as such on every card.

Figures and rules

Where a number, a date or a rule appears, the source is named on the page. Court dimensions and rule numbers come from the NBA Official Rulebook. Counts about this site — how much was filed, by whom, in which season — are recounted from the archive every time the site is rebuilt, so they cannot drift.

Photographs

Every photograph is reused from Wikimedia Commons under the licence named in its caption, with the author credited. Captions describe what is in the frame and do not claim it shows a specific game or player unless the source says so.

Corrections

Archive pieces are kept as they were filed; they are dated, and we do not quietly rewrite them. If something current is wrong, write to us through Contact and the page will say what changed.

Independence

This is an independent publication. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Brooklyn Nets, BSE Global or the National Basketball Association, and it sells neither tickets nor merchandise.
