Who runs Nets Daily News
Nets Daily News is published by Moonrill Digital FZ-LLC, Loft Office 1, Dubai Media City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Mail for the publisher reaches the same desk that edits the site: [email protected]. In these terms “we” means the publisher and “you” means anyone reading the site.
Reading the site
Reading costs nothing, and there are no accounts to open. You may read, print and share pages for your own use and quote short passages with a credit and a link back. Copying whole articles, reproducing the archive elsewhere or harvesting pages by script requires a written yes from us beforehand.
What we own and what we borrow
Text, headlines, tables and page design are the publisher’s property. Photographs are reused from Wikimedia Commons, and each one stays under the licence and credit named in its caption; those terms, not ours, govern reuse of the image. Club, league and player names remain with their registered owners; we print them so a reader knows who a story concerns.
No connection to the club or the league
Nets Daily News is an independent publication. It has no tie to the Brooklyn Nets, BSE Global or the National Basketball Association, does not speak for them and cannot pass messages to them.
The Newsroom desk and paid pieces
General news sits on its own desk at Newsroom. Some pieces there are published for payment from a third party. What the arrangement covers is laid out under Paid content.
Accuracy
Errors are put right once we spot them or a reader points them out, as described in our editorial policy. Even so, the site is offered as it is, and how far it can be relied on is set out in the disclaimer.
Links to other sites
Links take you to pages we do not run. Their owners decide what they publish and what they do with your data.

Pitches and messages
When you send us a pitch or a correction, you are telling us the work is yours and that we may quote from it in reply or in a correction note. Sending a pitch does not oblige us to publish it.
Applicable law
The laws in force in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, govern these terms. Nothing in them takes away a protection that the law of the country where you live gives you and that cannot be waived.
When these terms change
If the site changes in a way that matters, these terms change with it and the new version replaces this one on publication.
