Game Preview: Brooklyn Nets Vs. Orlando Magic
The Brooklyn Nets ended 2014 with their second back-to-back wins, winning 96–82 against the Chicago Bulls on December 30th and 107–99 against the Sacramento Kings on December 29th.
Let’s hope that the Nets can continue their winning ways in the New Year, as they take on the Orlando Magic later tonight.
On December 30th, the Nets were able to come away with victory in the Windy City against the Bulls, who had won 7-straight games. Brook Lopez, who replaced Kevin Garnett, was in the starting lineup for the first time since December 5th. He made the most of his minutes, scoring a season-high 29 pts. In the second quarter, Johnson could not miss, scoring 14 points of his 20 points in that quarter alone.
