Brook Lopez Named Eastern Conference Player Of The Week

Brooklyn Nets Center Brook Lopez was named the Eastern Conference player of the week (March 23 – 29).

During this span of games, Brook Lopez led the Brooklyn Nets to a 3-1 record behind a conference-best 28.8 points, 8.5 rebounds (10th in the conference) and 2.25 blocks (tied-third in the conference). In these four games, Lopez took high-quality shots, shooting 57.8% field goal percentage. In two of these games, Lopez shot better than 60% from the field. Brook Lopez had his best game of the week against the Charlotte Hornets when he posted 34 points, 10 rebounds, three blocks and two steals.

Lopez has returned to All-star form just when the team needed it the most.
