Boston, Massachusetts ? The Nets played their season opener in Boston on Wednesday, October 28. The Nets fell behind early and were unable to come back from the deficit. By halftime, the team trailed by 26 points. In the second half, the Nets turned things around. But, the effort too little too late.

Albeit the game was a bad start to the season, it wasn?t a complete loss. Mirza Teletovic scored 20 points and Joe Johnson picked up 6 rebounds. Deron Williams also dished out 8 assists. With Lopez returning next game, the Nets will have no trouble rebounding and moving back to .500.
