Nets reach deal with Andrea Bargnani

After reports had him close to a deal with the Sacramento Kings, the Brooklyn Nets announced on Sunday that they have reached an agreement with free-agent center Andrea Bargnani. The New York Post reports that Bargnani reached an agreement with the Nets on a two-year, minimum contract deal.
#Nets have reached an agreement in principle with free agent F/C Andrea Bargnani, GM Billy King announced today.

Bargnani, 29, averaged 14.9 points and 4.4 rebounds in 29 games with the New York Knicks last season.
While the former #1 overall pick has not lived up to his expectations, he is an underrated pickup for the Brooklyn Nets. He can score the ball and spread the floor well, opening up scoring opportunities for Lopez. Last season, Bargnani made 42% of his jump shots.
One problem that Andrea Bargnani faces is his health. He has only managed to play more than 40 games once in the last four years.

Good move. No longer a need to look for another true backup Center (Reed is unproven in NBA and TRob is a tweener). Also makes up for the shooting loss with no Mirza (Bargs might play the same 10 mpg as Mirza would have, with the current team).
The problem is that now Nets are over the 84.7 Tax unless they get rid of the 2.1 M that Blake.
And even after getting rid of him, along with with Earl Clark, Nets would still have 16 players including 6 players at the C/PF position (Lopez, Bargs, Reed, TRob, Young and Jefferson) with McCullough set for next season.
There would be 3 PGs and 6 Wings with JJ, RHJ, Brown, Bogs, Karasev and Ellington. Total of 7+3+6. So who goes?
Boat is needed to stay under the Tax and he has upsided. I like Jefferson, who has 75,000 coming July 15. Nets can afford to pay him, and delay decision, since likeley won’t be a tax team.
