Report: Nets, Williams Agree To Buyout
The Brooklyn Nets and point guard Deron Williams have reportedly reached an agreement on a contract buyout, according to David Aldridge of NBA.com.

Williams, who was owed more than $43 million over the next two seasons, is expected to return to his hometown and sign a two-year, $10 million contract with the Dallas Mavericks once he clears waivers and becomes an unrestricted free agent.
Williams, 31, has averaged 17.0 points and 8.5 assists per game during his NBA career. However, after three inconsistent seasons in Brooklyn, the Nets have decided to move on and bring their payroll below the luxury tax for the 2015-16 season.
